If you are unable to access your Internet Banking account and you have tried resetting your password, please contact our Electronic banking Department by calling (800) 246-2415.
If your debit card is lost or stolen, please call our Electronic Banking Department at (800) 246-2415 during regular business hours. You may also call (800) 851-5152 anytime, day or night.
You may apply for a mortgage or home equity loan or line of credit by visiting our Mortgage Center. To apply for other types of personal or commercial loans, please call or visit the branch nearest you.
New checks may be ordered online through the Harland Clarke website. You will need to enter your routing and account numbers, found along the bottom of your current checks.
FDIC insurance covers all deposit accounts, including checking and savings accounts, money market deposit accounts and certificates of deposit. The standard insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category.
Depositors may qualify for more coverage if they have funds in different ownership categories and all FDIC requirements are met. For details on the requirements, please visit the FDIC’s website.
To set up Debit Card Alerts, please visit the enrollment site. You will need to create a login by providing your debit card number and PIN. Once enrolled, you can log into the site as needed to update your alert preferences and contact information. Each debit card must be enrolled separately, even for multiple cards on the same account.
