If you use Retirement Online and were notified of a change, you will now use a new platform named GoRetire.
Participants also have access to a fully transactional mobile app!

The website from EPIC Retirement Plan Services will have a new and improved look and intuitive
navigation.
There are a number of new features with improved functionality for transactions, reporting and
planning.
Upgrades include:
- Friendly, easy to navigate interface
- Efficient online tools to help with enrollment, deferral rate changes, beneficiary
changes, distributions and loans (includes option for plan sponsor approval)
- Custom messaging for participants to view
- Comprehensive, secure payroll upload system and detailed reporting
- Improved plan-level reporting for scheduled and ad hoc reports
- Full access to plan and participant information
Yes, there will be a new, comprehensive e-statement (online statement), which will replace our
current statement format. We will let you know when to expect the new statement.
Statement features include:
- Quicker, online access with better security
- A front-page message board
- The participant’s individual rate of return
- Required disclosures
Your plan investments will not change as a result of this upgrade; however, your
plan’s records will be transitioned to facilitate this upgrade to the GoRetire platform.
Yes, anyone with access to the plan sponsor site will receive a new username and password. If
you are a plan participant, you will need to set up a new username and password on the site.

Search “GoRetire” in your app store. The app’s developer is Epic Advisors, Inc.
GoRetire gives you easy access to check your balance, financial health score and much more from your
mobile device.
