Be Aware of Spoofed Calls and Texts
We are currently experiencing an increase in reports of spoofed calls and texts pretending to come from the Bank’s Fraud Team. These are actually scammers trying to trick you into giving up user IDs, passwords and account information. Please remember: We will never ask you for your login credentials or your temporary One-Time Passcode! If anyone asks for that information, hang up or do not respond to that text.
If you are concerned your personal or bank information has been compromised or shared with scammers, immediately call us directly at (800) 246-2415. We will take steps to help you secure your account.
