Employees Raise More Than $1,500 for Cancer Research

Employees participate in No Shave November

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (December 5, 2017) – Each November, men across America forgo shaving in order to raise funds for cancer research. For the third year in a row, employees of Arrow Financial Corporation made a commitment to put their razors away for 30 days in support of this important cause.

Employees from Saratoga National Bank, Glens Falls National Bank and Capital Financial Group – which are all part of the Arrow Financial family of companies – were able to raise a total of $1,585 this year. The funds will go to the American Cancer Society.

By participating in this cause, employees were not only able to raise money, but by sporting a beard for the month they also drew attention to the importance of cancer research.
